概率语言多属性群决策方法及其在新型智慧城市市民获得感评价中的应用

针对公众参与的语言信息多属性群决策问题，研究了考虑参与者满意度的概率语言多属性群决策方法。首先，根据参与者的语言评价信息确定并规范化概率语言决策矩阵。然后，对大群体进行共识分析，由最大化参与者群体的满意度构建线性规划模型，确定参与者群组的权重；构造正、负理想方案的评价向量，构建多目标规划模型，用拉格朗日乘子法求解属性权重；定义各方案的加权贴近度，并以此对方案进行排序和优选。最后，通过新型智慧城市市民获得感评价案例验证了模型的可行性和有效性。

本文讨论一类反对称正交对称矩阵反问题及其最佳逼近．研究了这类矩阵的一些性质，利用这些性质给出了反问题解存在的一些条件和解的一般表达式，不仅证明了最佳逼近解的存在唯一性，而且给出了此解的具体表达式．     

Norms on unitizations of banach algebras revisited

Let A be an algebra without unit. If ∥ ∥ is a complete regular norm on A it is known that among the regular extensions of ∥ ∥ to the unitization of A there exists a minimal (operator extension) and maximal (ℓ₁-extension) which are known to be equivalent. We shall show that the best upper bound for the ratio of these two extensions is exactly 3. This improves the results represented by A. K. Gaur and Z. V. Kovářík and later by T. W. Palmer. ON THE GENERALIZATIONS OF KALANDIA＇S LEMMA

Based on Bernstein＇s Theorem, Kalandia＇s Lemma describes the error estimate and the smoothness of the remainder under the second part of Hoelder norm when a HSlder function is approximated by its best polynomial approximation. In this paper, Kalandia＇s Lemma is generalized to the cases that the best polynomial is replaced by one of its four kinds of Chebyshev polynomial expansions, the error estimates of the remainder are given out under Hoeder norm or the weighted HSlder norms.     

Long-term optimal operation of series parallel reservoirs for critical period with specified monthly generation and average monthly storage

We present in this paper an efficient approach for solving the problem of planning the long-term (multiyear) operation of a multireservoir hydroelectric power system for the critical period with a monthly variable load. This load is equal to a certain percentage of the total generation at the end of the year, subject to satisfying a number of constraints on the hydrosystem, using the minimum norm formulation.The proposed method is efficient in computing time and in calculating the total expected benefits from the system during the critical period. Numerical results are reported for a real system in operation consisting of two rivers. THE EIGENVALUE PERTURBATION BOUND FOR ARBITRARY MATRICES

In this paper we present some new absolute and relative perturbation bounds for theeigenvalue for arbitrary matrices, which improves some recent results. The eigenvalueinclusion region is also discussed.     

Quotient probabilistic normed spaces and completeness results

We introduce the concept of quotient in PN spaces and give some examples. We prove some theorems with regard to the completeness of a quotient.     

Revisiting Probabilistic Teleportation Scheme for Atomic State via Cavity QED

A probabilistic teleportation scheme for atomic state via cavity QED [Phys. Rev. A 70 (2004) 054303] is revisited and accordingly some improvements are made.
